Backflow Testing
Do you have a backflow device on your property? If you have these devices fitted on your property it’s important for you to liaise with your local council to get the backflow tested and certified annually.
The devices are installed to reduce the risk of contaminants getting into your local water supply. Your local council will send you an annual registration and testing notice, but you’ll need the expertise of a licensed plumber to complete it.

TMV Testing
Thermostatic Mixing Valves (TMV) are used in a wide range of settings, including nursing homes, childcare facilities, restaurants and other commercial enterprises.
If you have TMV installed on your property, you will need to comply with the Australian Standards that require annual testing and servicing.
As part of our service, you’ll receive detailed service log sheets for on-site record-keeping, records of pre-service temperatures, a dismantling and thorough cleaning of all the valve components and strainers, and installation of new manufacturer service kits. Thermostatic mixing valves are then reassembled and commissioned to 43.5°C for optimal safety and health.
